The bill is every second time not correct, I have always to checking, then waiting to get my money back. The reason is the prices in shop doesn’t match with those in the computer. I am not sure is it attend because nobody love to complain, so a lot doesn’t.

Very naughty employees. Cheeky customer advice. Dialog went something like this: A: Hello, good evening, are you selling Felix's sweet and sour sauce? B: Of course. A: Which Billa was that again, I called several. B: Yes which one did you call? A: I think either the one on Troststrasse right? B: Yes exactly A: Goodbye, good-bye, thank you. B: "Yes bye."

Very messy delicatessen employee ... doesn't even ask if she should use gloves ... (on customer request) Is cheeky and tells me that the gloves are not available .. shouldn't you order that earlier? Am very disappointed Never go shopping there again.
