The Corona crisis played a bad role for us too. We had booked our honeymoon, but after the travel warnings were lifted we didn't want to go because the number of cases in Italy was still high and we lost our desire to travel. Legally we would not have been entitled to free cancellation and would have been left with a good € 1000. But thanks to the great effort of the employee, the organizer reimbursed us in full for the amount paid. Thanks for your commitment, we can only warmly recommend you!
