Super friendly, competent and lightning fast. We'll shop here more often. Our washing machine broke. The next day in the morning a new one dialed by phone in the afternoon was already delivered, connected and the old one was taken away. It couldn't be better.

Hello and good afternoon! I would like to mention this company, Elektro Karrer, which is very worth living in. My television set broke and I started looking for a new one. I then found a device from Sony that I am convinced will fit. When looking for the cheapest price, I came across a RedZac dealer in the immediate vicinity, quite differently than expected. I bought the device online from RedZac and bought the company Elektro Karrer in Upper Austria. St. Florian is a delivering dealer. I received my order confirmation promptly the next day. Half an hour later the shipping confirmation came. For a few more hours I received an e-mail from Karrer that I would get a free warranty extension to 5 years for this device. A great thing and this company Elektro Karrer is very recommendable from my point of view. Thank you for this very successful online business.
