I didn't believe what happened to this travel agency. I wanted to get some travel deals through Amsterdam and Turkey or if the right thing was to book not only that a giant dog came running towards me but the boss personally had to do so much '' time-consuming '' work that she had none time has to advise me unless I pay the advice otherwise I should please leave the travel agency because she does not work for free !! No greeting and was immediately loud when I asked her if it was normal to ask for a fee for advice. I find it bottomless cheek to treat myself as a customer and not to give me the information I wanted. Therefore the whole travel agency was probably empty because of the '' customer-friendly advice '' and the great greeting of the dog 😂😂

Unfortunately we also had a very bad experience with Fr.Edlmayr. We booked a vacation trip to Mallorca last summer with 100% cancellation protection. Shortly before the start of our vacation, our daughter actually got sick and we had to fly without her. Fr.Edlmayr assured us that we would of course get the amount of 790 euros back (medical certificate and surgery appointment from the KH were presented) for weeks of discussions and excuses, or when we wanted to go to Fr.Edlmayr in person, she said that she wouldn't have any for that now Time. There was no response to email inquiries about how we got our money. We have never met such an unfriendly and selfish person like Fr.Edlmayr. We are still waiting for our money to this day. For months now, the "Closed" sign has been stuck to your shop door.

Hello everybody! I have a 25-year-old son who is paralyzed from the neck down and artificially ventilated. I could not imagine traveling with Florian at any time, as with the ventilator and all the equipment it seemed almost impossible for me. Until my husband came across the website of Reisemeer by accident. Everything has become possible since then. Ms. Edlmayr has managed to make a great wish of my son - holiday in Thailand - possible. It was clear to us all that this was only possible with a long preparation time, great endurance, understanding and empathy for this type of disability. And everything worked out wonderfully. Not only this trip to Thailand. We can also speak of a Mediterranean cruise, a holiday in Tenerife and, most recently, a trip to the European Championships in Paris (match Austria against Portugal) report. Conclusion for us: without "Reisemeer" - no vacation best regards Renate Kendl

Sg. Ladies and Gentlemen of the recessions. I must with great great decisiveness reject the neg. Criticism of Mrs. Edelmayr. Reason: I am a wheelchair user since 2010 and did not dare to book a holiday by plane until 2012. Ms. Edelmayr met by chance at the Integra in Wels (fair for people with Handykap) and then visited her travel agency in Linz. She has given me a great deal of security through her professionalism. Since then booked 4 times: 2x Mallorca, 1x boat trip to the Baltic Sea and Croatia this year. Result of the bookings: everything went to my greatest satisfaction and with utmost friendliness. Everything went well from the beginning to the end of the travels and the hotels and the ship even exceeded my expectations (even my wife) During the voyage in 2015, our round-trip flights were canceled by Lufthansa at short notice. The rebooking and the additional cost of arrival and return travel were immediately demanded by her and refunded quickly. Furthermore, you succeeded in a third suitcase (I need and so far with all airlines were there) demand and this zuzubekommen free. Normally, Lufthansa demands 70 euros for it. During this conversation with Lufthansa Berlin and Vienna I was present during the call. Conclusion: It remains for everyone his own opinion, but I will book as a so-called disabled only at Ms. Edelmayr and I am also happy for the service and security I am offered here to pay a higher PRICE than an Internet booking. We received an offer from Mrs. Edlmyar herself, which left some questions open. On my questions and the request to create more offers, since the first offer did not fully meet our expectations (AI offer without alcoholic drinks) I got the following answer: I can create more offers, provided you book with me. best regards Iris Edlmayr Of course I have agreed that I will book the service, as long as it fits for me as with any other business with the best provider. Thereupon have received further offers, from plants rather a cheap vacation without class correspond. Here I ask myself, if you really want to put this person's vacation time into their hands. After all, you want to holiday without stress and disappointments. Of course, we have said openly and honestly that they do not meet our expectations. In addition, of course, was also inquired at other travel agencies for offers. Right away - no one was so brazen and cheeky to ask, I have to book with them. We have received many nice offers on the criteria given by us and of course the offers of Mrs. Edlmyar not booked due to the reasons described above. This was expressed by me extremely friendly and with gratitude for the work incurred but I have received an e-mail as follows: "I think they can only improve with this behavior elsewhere. Kind regards. Iris Edlmyar " Such a gait with customers, I find extremely naughty. Ms. Edlmyar must be happy if she ever receives any inquiries, as there are enough travel agents. Even the offers on the Internet were better than the others that I have received (while we speak of only 2 pcs. - at another travel agency we were offered 8 hotels. I also write good reviews but in this cheeky case I had no other choice. I would think to go here.
