Warm friendliness, that occurs to me when I think of our shopping at Miss Anna.
After a long search we found a suitable "Tea for One" gift set in this magical shop. Ordered online, the set arrived in Germany in a lovingly signed packaging after a few days. Although each part was individually and really well packaged, the teapot had not survived the obviously reckless handling on the way. A complaint was made directly on the day of delivery, and a replacement was delivered to us within 3 working days and thus in time for Christmas Eve. We would not have expected this, especially against the background of the particularly difficult pre-Christmas season in 2020.
