I cannot recommend this coin dealer Ortner to anyone. I had ordered a coin and paid for it through PayPal. What was not delivered was the coin. When I asked, I was told that it had been delivered. From my question to which person the delivery was going to, I received no more answer. Since I paid through PayPal, PayPal refunded the 25 €. I cannot recommend this coin dealer as this kind of business practice is inappropriate.

I ordered on April 12th. On April 13th I received an email saying that the goods are being dispatched. Nothing happened, so I called there. Mr. Ortner was already grumpy on the phone and I should write an email because he is not in the office. So far, so good ... So I wrote an email, I also got a quick reply that he was still waiting for goods and whether I would like to have a partial delivery. I replied and asked when I could expect complete delivery and that I could wait until the end of May. So... Since then no answer, no info, nothing! I have now sent 3 or 4 emails to get information. He doesn't answer! It's a shame.
