Was visiting from London, and was so excited to visit this place after seeing photos, and expecting that this place would give me the relaxation that I very much needed. From the entrance to the end, the staff was so unprofessional. They have no customer service, super rude, wouldn’t understand a word of English/ nor did they attempt to understand or communicate. everything was so unorganized, and couldn’t wait to leave. 1 star review is actually nice. If I could give it 0, I would.
The worst service i have experienced. Poor communication lack of staffing. Nothing in english. Extremely rude could be mistaken for for a prison possibly.

Very good spa center, many pools, saunas. Too crowded on week ends and holidays. Many children
Really nice hotel and spa, excellent food and service. Spa staff can't speak English. But it's okay it feels authentic atmosphere.
Excellen SPA resort. All clean and kept in the good shape. Lots of visitors sometimes. Visit sauna village. This is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Great time.
