Staff was very hard at first! Just wanted to have a display exchange of a common laptop, they did not want to or could not do that. Then I found someone else who had done it within 10 minutes. Apparently we are already living in a throw-away society, the company probably wanted me to buy a new device, otherwise I can not explain it.
