Have benn here just for dinner. It is a nice place. Good salad buffet. If car tourists are there, service could rake some minutes, but is very friendly. Dinner (fish and wiener schnitzel) were really good. The Hotel also looks very nice. The whole place was renovated in 2017
7 courses Silvester diner was brilliant. Nice staff, good service. The play room is extremely nice for kids which makes the hotel very suitable for kids.

We (3 people) went to the terrace at Hotel Kanisfluh for dinner today.
The portions were extremely small and we have made this known.
Neither the service staff nor the restaurant management considered it necessary to take our dissatisfaction into account. This deficiency was topped by the loud feeding of a tour group directly on the terrace without taking the guests who were already dining into consideration or "warning them in advance". Such an insensitive way of dealing with the dissatisfaction of guests has not happened to me for a long time.
it was just beautiful. We were greeted warmly by the manager of the house and the staff was very helpful and nice. We arrived with a group and I didn't hear anything negative. All about super 👍👍👍
