• the exceptionally beautiful and purpose-built construction, which perfectly combines modern Bregenzerwald architecture with the traditional
• the central location in the middle of Mellau, a lively and multi-faceted holiday destination in the Bregenzerwald, which offers a lot from hiking, a swimming pool (in winter alternatively: ski slopes) to selected culinary options
• friendly hosts who are geared towards the maximum comfort of their holidaymakers
and of course: the homemade cake in the afternoon!
We really liked Tempel 74, which we discovered via the Urlaubarchitektur.de platform.
The hosts Evi and Jürgen Haller try hard to fill the apartments, in which you can still smell the fresh wood, with life.

Picturesque, architecturally outstanding apartments in modern wooden construction style. 10 casual, completely different apartments enable safe, independent travel especially at this time. Thanks to many details, the apartments are among the most extraordinary accommodations in the Bregenz Forest. Incidentally, the name temple was derived from the name of the associated hamlet ...
The common connecting element has been solved brilliantly: a beautiful living room with an open kitchen, lounge area, library and courtyard. Also noteworthy: the refrigerator / shelves are filled with high quality food from regional producers and chefs.
The breakfast from host Evi Haller also needs to be highlighted. The delicacies (regional products such as cheese, ham, sausage and homemade products such as jams, herb spreads, plaited bread) are delivered directly to the door in the morning.
The warmth and willingness to serve (architecture tours, homemade afternoon snacks, advice on activities and cuisine) round off the experience. You have to experience it!
