The cellar lane system on the northwestern edge of the village consists of cellars in three trenches running approximately in a north-south direction (the cellars are located on both sides in the western and central trenches; on one side in the eastern) and some cellars in between on a slope. The cellar lane system has the shape of a triangle tapering to the north with an E-W extension of 300 meters and an N-S extension of 450 meters. Schmidbaur counted 145 buildings over a distance of 1500 meters, 29 of which were conversions or new buildings, half of which were residential. Three fifths of the cellars are eaves, the rest are gable or in the form of a shield wall. More than a third of the cellars are in need of renovation or are in disrepair. The oldest dating is from 1835.
