In our case, the company was very unprofessional.
The first call was no longer recalled, the second call was the phone conversation interrupted, the third time a coming was promised - but no one has appeared, or we were informed in any way.
We decided therefore for another company, which accomplished the thing fast and uncomplicatedly.
To date I have disappointingly received no feedback from Parex.
