Very friendly. Great service. Dog allowed. Strongly recommend.
Very nice place
All contact attempts failed. In July 2020 we booked a vacation for the 3rd calendar week 2021 and paid down immediately. When it became clear in mid-December 2020 that the vacation could not take place due to the corona, we asked by email whether it would be possible to change the booking to an appointment in "better times". Because there was no answer, we tried the phone. Without success. The message on the answering machine remained unanswered. After that we canceled (December 17th, 2020), again no reaction. Contacting the tourist office as an intermediary failed. Shortly before our planned arrival, however, we received a friendly email with good wishes for the outward journey, although the hotel was closed, and after our supposed return journey an email related to a problem-free return journey.
Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We will definitely not book there again. Oh yes, we haven't heard of our down payment until today (01/28/2021).
Super friendly service, few choices at dinner, but everything was very good! The cheese spaetzle is particularly recommended!
The boss also took us up on the mountain after breakfast and contracted an otherwise very long hike.
Good price-performance ratio! Super nice and communicative service.
The food was very tasty.
