During the construction of our cooperative apartments, Perl tiled the bathrooms and toilets. While I (so far?) Couldn't complain about anything in my bathroom - hence the second star - the toilet was bugged. The cardboard tiles from a different batch (and thus a color deviation) were laid in the most visible place, namely exactly opposite the entrance. What was worse, however, was that the tiles were laid hollow at another point over a large area - as unfortunately only became apparent years after the work. It should have been shortly before the end of the working day when it was being laid.
There is no waiting for a call back. A faulty tile was installed. When asked, the boss only replied that everything was in tolerance. He left a tile behind and said I can lay it myself. The workers used the Flex to cut the tiles in the garage and did not leave them swept clean.
