Worst insurance! Hopefully nobody has an accident counter with this bad insurance! Cheaters! ONLY ANGER in the settlement with you. Promises are not kept and additional costs have been promised by phone but that they take over! What a juice shop. Let each phone call in writing before anything is promised!

The hitherto worst insurance company I have dealt with so far. Although "only" or "Thank God" has a liability insurance for my single-track motor vehicle, but still believed to be a customer. On 29.11.2018 the VVD insurance was informed by mail about the deposit of the license plate for my vehicle. On 11.12.2018 via e-mail I was asked to inform me if the deposit notice was received by the institute. Unfortunately nobody was able to answer that in one sentence. Great customer service. Never again will I be persuaded by a seller to sign a contract with this insurance company.

Insurance is expensive, but fast when dealing with claims, Report damage (online possible) next day make appointment in the workshop
