The quality of the pacifier chain and pendant are great. I am more than happy. When a trailer was not available and I was informed of this on the delivery note and I didn't like the spare part, I immediately received a new trailer free of charge. Super nice and the quality, as expected, perfect.

A few days ago I ordered something personalized from. To make sure that I can place my order by 10/30 with me, I called in advance. I was informed in a very friendly manner, after which I immediately ordered, but made a mistake in the security code of the credit card. I would not have noticed - I got a call saying that the order could not be processed - I don't take that for granted.
After the correction, my order was processed on the same day and I received it a day earlier than necessary! Great customer service, great products.
