Being healthy only works if you look at all areas as a big, whole and that's exactly what is being done here. I have to admit that at the beginning I was very skeptical about whether positive thinking and oils can improve my health, because I am very fact-oriented because of my studies (nutrition science). What was going on? Although I put a lot of emphasis on my diet and went to the sport regularly, I was sure 3-4x per year sick. The bad thing was not even the frequency but the duration of the "disease phases" (on average at least 14-16 days). Since I've already tried almost everything else, I then let me in on the tips of Siegi, because it will not get worse, I thought. Behold, one of the best decisions of my life. As soon as I notice signs of getting sick (whether runny nose, throat scratching, etc.), I once use the lemon oil and "the thieves" drops to strengthen the immune system and apart from the fact that I'm now only twice a year ill the phases only for 3-5 days.
