Two laptops were judged by the technicians to be defective and irreparable (one screen defect, one starting problem).
The recommendation was to buy new laptops locally. A backup on an external hard drive would of course also be charged.
However: To our great surprise, both laptops ran a short time later completely WITHOUT repair!
And if the staff had just been a little more motivated and friendly, we would have given away two stars.
Always my pleasure. I brought my notebook to repair, within 48 hours he was finished repairing. The service technician was extremely friendly and sympathetic on the phone when he made me a quote. Value for money, this company is also very acceptable.
My PC was once taken for a graphics card error. When this was finished he was labeled as functional.
Did not think anything about it, started it and what was? A motherboard error! I sent it back and when I got it again a completely different and obsolete motherboard was installed without the right connections for my use! After this motherboard is replaced again, my PC will never again become such an irresponsible company!
