Got my wedding dress cleaned for a lot of money. UNFORTUNATELY!
This was still dirty after cleaning and I wasn't even told when I picked it up. After seeing it at home, I of course complained with the result that I got it back dirty and now the pearls on the chest part are also discolored!
I'm really disappointed because of course I can no longer sell it and could have saved myself 100 euros for cleaning!
It would be an advantage if when you bring such a precious dress to a dry cleaner if it is treated that way!
I absolutely cannot recommend it for wedding dresses!

Unfortunately, my very expensive winter jacket was damaged for the second time. Ballpoint pen outlet and a broken zipper .. The second time, I was not even informed about this when I picked it up and I only noticed it 9 months later (since the winter jacket was not worn in summer). I won't do anything anymore. Too bad, but it's too risky for me.
