Terrible broken buses, rude drivers, no working toilets on buses

Awful. The boss himself was unfortunately rude and arrogant. There was no lunch break at 8 hours bus ride and there was no way to have a hot meal. Just awful. Best would be a minus rating.

I can not understand the very negative criticism. As part of a school trip with 22 Chilean young people, we did a total of 3 tours with the company and cannot complain. We drove as well as with the owner himself and an employee - without exception, pleasant trips, for the cheap price anyway. Hence full marks for the price-performance ratio. Of course there was lunch break, and yes, only at McDonalds at the rest area - anything else would have taken too much time and of course a bus company has to plan rest and driving times in great detail. Since we had a lot of luggage with us, I was expecting a horrified expression, but both drivers were very helpful. And friendly. I would travel with Jetzinger Reisen again at any time

The bus company advertises customer-friendliness on the homepage. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to be noticed. Our trip was on behalf of THV, from Upper Austria to Dresden to the "Striezel-Markt". - A Mc Donald is approached for lunch, although there are many restaurants in the vicinity of Ceske Budejovice, which are right next to the road. - The boss is extremely unfriendly. He responded to a request with: "I'm not your Hansl". - In Dresden, a small group did not take the bus straight to the hotel, but stayed longer at the Christmas market and came to them by taxi. You asked the chaffeur to leave your suitcase at the hotel reception. When they got to the hotel, they saw that he had just put them right in the entrance area, not in the suitcase room at reception. Very unprofessional. - On the return trip from Dresden to Seewalchen, it drives through from 8.30 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. except for a short toilet break. At 1:12 p.m. he announces - two minutes in advance - the lunch break in a duty-free shop at the border. This happened at the request of a fellow traveler, without consulting the rest of the group. You can't even buy a sandwich there ... - Finally, a tasteless joke: he donates the tip to a poor family - he puts it on the table at home 👎 It's a shame that such bus companies damage the otherwise good reputation of THV.
