great experience
Just wanted to take an album spontaneously, the friendly and competent staff pointed me to an action to print photo out. Direct advice based on my product selection, hit the nail on the head and made more sales for the branch and I saved myself something. A great team, gladly again
Progressive lenses and sunglasses did not fit right away. Thanks to Ms. Pichler's efforts to adjust the frame, I now have an optional visual aid. All opticians in this branch are friendly, competent and go out of their way to serve the customer!
Sent 50 minutes before the shop closed because it was "not going out" very rude!
Except for the ladies in the optics (who are very friendly and competent) the staff is arrogant and unfriendly. No trace of helpfulness! Every time you have an excuse why you can't help! Take the example of the branch on Landstrasse!
