Saleswoman takes 30 minutes to find a mattress in her system and when we didn't want to buy the mattress at this high price, she became extremely unfriendly! The quality of the mattresses is good, but nothing else is recommended there. Almost all mattresses cost over 600 € and the sales women are clueless!

Was at the jysk branch in Asten on Saturday, February 13th because of a mattress in 140. It was very busy but we saw a saleswoman (young girl) standing by the mattress by the PC when asked if she could help us, only a no, although she only scribbled on a piece of paper, sorry, that doesn't work after a few Minutes my husband said to her she should check if she had a mattress that we then chose for ourselves in 140 because she looked with a long face in the PC. Then she said yes, she had 1 piece there, but we couldn't have it because she was in bed to try! I said then, very annoyed by their nature, that there would only be small ones! Then she just went away I thought she was going to get us another saleswoman but thought wrong. That does not work at all. Fortunately, the saleswoman who had advice on the upholstery came to us next and asked if she could help us (young lady with glasses). Hats off, still so young, but so committed and helpful that unfortunately you don't see that much more praise to the lady I hope that the praise will also reach her. Although she was constantly called by the other colleagues or what was asked, the advice was excellent and we will come back because of this saleswoman. But I would talk to the young girl about how to deal with customers. We had the impression that the young girl has no desire for work. So actually we would give 5 stars for the lady with glasses but that with the girl annoyed us so much that it is only 1 because you cannot give a 0. MG Hirter family
