My heating failed overnight. The very next day, Moser Hartl sent me Mr. Philipp, who solved the problem very professionally. Now it's getting warm again in my home. It would be pretty cold without my underfloor heating, it's already icy cold outside. Thank you, gladly recommend you!

Very courteous at first on large projects. Work clean and perfect. But then we were disappointed. It was promised that the boss would come over to explain the heating system and the like to us, after contacting us several times, we were promised that he would contact us - nothing. The system had a defect after a short time, we also tried to get help here with the humorous answer 'You are not responsible here, because they only installed the system. You should contact the manufacturer 'Well, thank you very much. Now we have a problem with a broken drainpipe, the problem is explained to the boss, who sounds very disinterested and promises us that a fitter will call. In the meantime 2 days have passed, no one answered. Now switch to another company that is also interested in the apparently uninteresting, small jobs and is not just looking for the money on large projects.
