How this Mr. Sperrer deals with customers is the last thing I've never experienced, he shouts in the command tone, e.g. You have 5 minutes max. Talk time to describe your problem. After that you are not allowed to ask any more questions. In this loud, disparaging tone, you feel like a rascal, then you go on with staff and other customers. In addition, I can only pay the invoice in cash from now on, which is a scrap slip for him, since his accounting software does not work for 12 days, Re will be forwarded at some point. According to Mr. Sperrer, 2 employed chief technicians etc. are supposedly permanently ill, why should they? or not. Remaining employees speak of dismissal. Who is lying to the customers? If Mr. Sperrer continues like this, he will soon be working alone or customers will be absent. I am gone forever for sure.
