Two months ago I sent a request via email. Two weeks later I had to ask by phone and email because I did not receive an answer. Then I could finally sign up for a saddle fitting and have not heard anything since. Too bad, would have liked a saddle bought there with all the trimmings. Can not recommend the distribution to anyone. Barefoot itself is really great, but now I'm handling everything about Germany. A great alternative, as according to experience reports, several customers in Austria were handled as I.
