We have never experienced anything like it, our youngest discovered lice in the evening, panicking, howling and afraid. My friend leaves immediately at 8:15 p.m. for the pharmacy on night duty, ... no one there .... he calls and the gentleman tells him whether he is already aware that this is a medical emergency service and we should see the next one Wait day .. after a few minutes of discussion, the pharmacist on duty explains that he needs half an hour to the pharmacy ?? !!! ?? UNDER ANY REVIEW !!

More complicated than other pharmacies! Processing by recipe - not feasible. At the nearest pharmacy there was no problem with the same recipe. As a customer, you are in good hands, if you expect nothing more than the minimum in competence.

Under all criticism! I stand in front of this pharmacy on duty with my baby, who has a fever of 40 degrees, to pick up the prescribed medication. A large screen shows that this pharmacy is on emergency duty and that the emergency bell should be pressed. After 5 !!!!! - After ringing the bell and knocking again, I still stand in front of a locked door with a loudly roaring baby. Well, then we'll call you! After the pharmacist took off, he told me that he was at home and had to go to the pharmacy !!! ???? !!! After a 10km drive to another pharmacy on duty, I read on the A1 pharmacy's homepage - "Please call beforehand!". Please, if a pharmacy has EMERGENCY SERVICE, I also assume that someone is there. I do not assume that I will have to research the Internet beforehand, that I - oh, dear Mr Mag., Will have to register in advance in order to get medication for a sick baby! I don't even want to mention that many other things go wrong at this pharmacy!
