We rented a vacation home. Due to the current situation, we were unfortunately unable to go on vacation. You only get automated replies to emails, but they do not provide any profitable information. We will no longer book with Bellvilla and all partners and will not give any recommendations.
Do not book through this provider! We just had stress. Agreements were not kept, inquiries have not been answered to this day and our completed booking was canceled against our will, as they have given the apartment twice.
There is no response to emails and no one answers the phone! Absolutely not to be recommended.
Just try to get in touch. Have fun waiting in the queue. Emails are also not answered. After we have canceled on time, the deposit will be retained. You only get a voucher. There is no response to emails.
