Event-confused-warr, since no washing machine of the "house brand" Miele (Siemens), but from the EP program; no suitable key to remove the transport locks (because Siemens); neither trolley nor carrying straps or similar for transport from the van to the 2nd floor; at first no elec. Saw for a small change to the hose routing on the vanity unit - you will be referred to a carpenter ..............; Technician confirmed twice because of suspicious noises, but did not show up; "Strange" phone call with the employee and their boss about accounting. I will continue again .............. also because of the new Miele vacuum cleaner bags.
