I have already ordered two whales with a melody of your choice and personalized text. The order was very easy and understandable both times, the contact with the saleswoman was smooth and really very nice. I was always kept up to date on shipping. The order was really very quick with us. Both whales, fabric, workmanship and the melody far exceeded my expectations. The beautiful whales now lie in our daughter's bed every evening and take turns playing their beautiful melody.
