Very good shopping, large selection and friendly
I give one star for the very beautiful, always very clean and well-kept facility of the shop, and a second for the almost unmanageable selection of plants and flowers. Anyone looking for something special is sure to find it there. Unfortunately perceived as very negative: the complaint management. The way in which justified (!) Complaints are dealt with is subject to any criticism and can be greatly improved. - I would work on this in the future and above all train the employees accordingly.
Addendum from 09/29/2020:
The boss personally took a lot of time to clarify our concerns to our complete satisfaction.
Unfortunately, it seems that the complaint was not properly received and / or passed on by a temporary worker, as is the usual procedure.
This action was extremely pleasant and edifying, not only did we receive an extensive apology, but my mom even got a new plant as compensation. - great customer service, therefore now increased to 5 well-deserved stars!
