Very rude saleswoman! First of all we wanted to buy a slatted frame because we hadn't bought the mattress there. In this tone it went on when she asked us "if we were there with a smart car anyway" (we were even there with the car trailer because we absolutely needed the slatted frame), it became too much for us and we have gone. Never again!!
