The customer service is amazing! I wanted an offer for a new Hörmann garage door! After a 15-minute queue, I had the Hörmann "specialist" on the phone. He was not ready for an "on-site appointment". After a few questions from me he hung up without saying goodbye! Thank goodness there are other dealers !! Will avoid this business in the future. I would not recommend anyone to go to the Eferding warehouse because of a gate or a door !!!!

• Promotional boards are without a date and are already partially over. So it happens that you pay twice at the checkout than previously awarded great. There is no discount in such cases. So you have to ask the actual price for each item at the checkout, otherwise you quickly pay twice.
I am appalled how customers are treated here! Especially in times when many people buy on-the-line, customer service is very important. Unfortunately this is not the case here. You will then immediately be portrayed as a LIAR here in the person of Ms. Gilbert bze. Mr. Rathmayer. Meanwhile, this is an amount under 50 euros. You'd expect a bit of tact here! I also advise you to inform yourself and then buy somewhere else or not here.
I was on hold for 22 minutes today and wasted my time. That's what I call extra bad customer service !! Exact information Friday 4:58 p.m. Call and at 5:20 p.m. I hung up again without success.
Super friendly people, good very good professional advice! Was very, very happy!
