An offer for a new roof covering was requested (because of a PV system). Approx. 20 calls within approx. 5 hours were unsuccessful. After contacting us by email, I was informed that the father-in-law had apparently not hung up and therefore the line was occupied for hours. Question: Isn't it noticeable if nobody calls a company for 5 hours? :-)
