Waited 3 weeks on my paid umbrella. At the beginning I was made with excuses like, We did not have any order from you but the money was on the account, sometimes the post has failed, then DPD has reported their deal was closed. etc etc Now no one picks up the phone when I call, but I call with a foreign (the company unknown) number to someone immediately in the line, with explanations like: Nice that they call, I could hear them only they could me do not listen!
