Reliable company, always there for customers.
Dear Team Priller,
Customers are not just customers when they pay for your services.
From a human point of view, one could also answer an exceptionally short question and not shine with ignorance.
On December 16 I called you and asked for a call back. Unfortunately, this did not take place and so I allowed myself to send you a short question by email. I got a read receipt back. Answering your part would probably have taken 5 lines, less than 3 minutes. By placing a Teuco steam shower on Willhaben.at and I would have had a tiny technical question, since I took over one as a tenant, I asked for your valued help.
Since I no longer expected an answer from your company, I asked another installer for help today. Less than 15 minutes later I received an explanation by email.
It was important to me to show you that there are also helpful companies that do not expect money for every little thing, but actually serve customers.
Too bad, no rating possible without a star ...
