December 15, 2020 Office armchair ordered for € 554. Amount withdrawn on December 16 via credit card Customer account Your user account is not yet activated. Order status: In process Payment status: Paid Goods status: packing Why is my user account not yet activated or do I still have to do something? Goods status: packing? Hopefully it doesn't take a month to pack an office chair !? 😅 Asked 22.12 times, NO answer Asked 30.12 times, NO answer Today (creation of the evaluation): 6.1.2021 ... 11.1 "Bla-Bla" e-mail response received ... (questions still open!) 18.1 User account finally activated (internal errors that cannot really be explained ...) 19.1 Office armchair was delivered. As bumbling as the online shop and order processing were, the better the product! Purchase / order processing: 1 star Product: 5 star The bottom line is that it gives 3 good stars. Maybe I'll buy from you again and then hopefully more smoothly, then I'll get the 5 stars too ;-) PS: "Try Hard 3.0 - the strictest quality check ever - continues. Stay tuned!" -> the least would have been that you noted the "complete absence" (company vacation) from-to ANYWHERE. However, this was neither on the homepage, nor on the e-mail auto-reply, nor on FB or anywhere else. You just got NO answer / feedback / reaction.
