Unfriendly acceptance on the phone! In this dealership, A doesn't know what B is doing! There are cars for sale that are not available! As a young woman you are not taken seriously either! Calls and emails are not responded to! The operations manager sounds like he's sleeping on the phone and can't argue at all when you ask why he doesn't answer calls and e-mails! Offers are promised by email that never arrived! Thank goodness I didn't buy a car in this dealership or whatever;)!

Since something was exchanged for free on the factory warranty, we brought my grandfather's car to this workshop. 2 dents should also be repaired if it does not cost a lot. This repair ended up being € 4,800 !!! Rip off and a bottomless cheek to talk a 91 year old man into such an expensive repair! I would advise everyone against this dubious workshop.

Very incompetent and unreliable staff. There was no response to my e-mail and I have been waiting for a callback for 2 weeks now. I have now ordered a new car from a professional Mercedes dealership.
