Bought 2 new TVs. In the case of sales, you only took very little time to give advice, as the employee's shift ends at 2 p.m. Then after 1.5 months a device is defective - no picture, sound still works. Now we have been delayed for about 3 weeks and still do not know what to do next, when we will get the device back. Actually, with this short runtime, the device should be replaced with a new one. In contrast, one is only put off. That's not how I imagine customer service.
Perfect business with a very good selection and excellent specialist staff with incredibly competent advice. At least during my visit
