For three years in the cold smoker's shack My experience with a Lohberger stove and my experience with the Lohberger company: The austerity of the stove I can confirm in good conscience, since it does not burn with us, only smokes. Since November 2015 I own a furnace of the company Lohberger. It is the model LIGNA Combi 80 Z with heating insert (central heating stove Varioline LC 80-Z Classic). Since I have now installed this stove in my house, this has not worked properly for three years. When heating the stove, a lot of smoke comes out of the openings and spreads throughout the room or in the house. In addition, the oven starts to hiss and it comes out of the oven yellowish, smelly liquid all around. First, the return increase was changed. But this did not bring the desired success. On the advice of Lohberger customer service, my fireplace was extended by 2 meters using stainless steel pipes in the presence of Lohberger's customer service (another 2 meters or an extraction system was planned, which the chimney sweep had discouraged). Despite this multiple investment on my part, this had no effect on the burning behavior of the stove, but caused more condensation in the chimney, which emerged through the brickwork. After the stainless steel pipes have been removed, the train in the fireplace was again, this time by a specialist firm, measured and found that this is more than adequate, as the chimney sweep had confirmed in the past. So far, I had operated a wood stove of the company Wamsler by the fireplace and this had done me for decades without problems faithful services. By the time I bought the stove, I'd only heard good things about Lohberger. But now I have to admit, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the oven and the previous support of the company Lohberger. In November 2018, I once again turned to Lohberger in desperation, but so far I have not received an answer. Even the customer service representative, who had once again arranged an appointment with us for the 13.02.2019, had come neither, after he has canceled. As it seems, this is too overwhelmed with my problem. The oven has been installed for three years now, but unfortunately I can not use it since then. I think about throwing the oven on the scrap.
