I do not recommend this real estate agency especially if you are looking for a rental and you do not know German perfectly! Otherwise you have all the chances to stay damaged !! Do NOT sign ANYTHING without knowing what you are signing up otherwise, like me, stay out of money (more or less € 4200) plus threats that will sue you and pay tens of thousands of damages considering that before signing the bill they were very friendly and smiling !! After we have completed the real estate marathon and have been in contact with numerous brokers, we have to criticize the performance of Power Immobilien Gypser. We expect a double broker to represent our interests and unfortunately we didn't have that feeling. That's why we decided not to buy Power Immobilien. Statements like "I can't do that, other buyers didn't get it either." in my opinion testify to a wrong approach. The background is understandable, but there is another way. Our current broker has responded to any of our requests and negotiated a win-win situation between us and the client. She has always made suggestions for improvement on her own - which were not always to the advantage of the developer. She was present at each of our appointments and always provided information proactively. That sounds better, doesn't it? In addition, the statements at Gypser were not always correct. First there should be a noise barrier, then (when I wanted to have it in writing) it was said that it will not exist. Reliable samples (e.g. tiles) in short supply, as this "could probably still change" ... etc. This can certainly be done better - at least the buyer, who pays a not inconsiderable amount for this service, should also have the feeling that someone is listening to him and supports him with the purchase as best he can. Friendliness was never a problem, so an extra star.
