Habe diese Filiale immer gerne besucht, leider gibt es neues Personal welches nicht sehr kompetent ist, an der Kasse warteten mehrere Leute, ich sprach eine Verkäuferin an, ob ich etwas rwservieren kann, leider wollte die mir nicht helfen, ich verließ die Filiale ohne Einkauf und Reservierung

I like to go shopping with you, but recently one of the employees stood out in particular.
Ms. Aleksić Aleksandra approached my daughter and me when, in addition to her cleaning activities, she noticed how desperate we were.
In the search for a very specific type of shoe, she helped us very quickly. In addition, she reacted very competently, made my daughter even more comfortable to wear the shoe, and provided precise tips and tricks to help.

SUPER PERSONAL - a lady really wanted to go shopping without a mouth guard. The saleswoman has explained to her in a very friendly manner several times that she is not allowed to shop without him. Thereupon the lady left the shop screaming and explained that everyone should be ashamed of wearing a mouth guard. It is not that difficult to adhere to this rule at the moment.
