I have rarely experienced such unfriendly advice. As a customer, I really don't want to be addressed with "and what do you want?" And in this condescending tone. In my opinion, the lady has no place in the consultation. We buy our tiles somewhere else! Thank you!!!

Totally rude lady on sale.
Can't answer questions normally and is impatient and annoyed. If I as a customer pay for something but am not allowed to ask any questions, I would rather buy somewhere else.
