There was a "advisory error" to us that was admitted. It is played down to misunderstanding and two customers, despite a small amount and proof, completely passed on to the customers. That there is still something like that nowadays amazes me because everything else worked out. In any case, next time I will book with a reputable travel agency (we were in Mattighofen). Butterfly Reisen definitely doesn't see me anymore.
