The only male employee of this branch, (who apparently broke out of the retreat from the closed ward, otherwise one can not explain it), does not approve of the otherwise very friendly staff. This said gentleman can not greet, smile and always plays in the tone. I even had to have a discussion with him, because he did not want to accept my payment method with ATM, because the amount does not amount to 15 € and does not pay for the company ????? I consider this company due to unfair competition, because they offer something they do not keep .... That makes such a great company as a staff like these gentlemen, is very very surprising. Apparently there are too few complaints ......
