Mr. In my opinion, Bistri from the commercial register deliberately provided incorrect and dissuasive information, among other things. "The company name must be in German" - "it must be checked beforehand whether you can use the name at all" (a surname - fantasy name combination) "that must be submitted by the notary". Where do these claims come from? I have already been involved in many commercial register matters, including in Krems and Vienna - none of these points was ever an issue and it has absolutely no legal stability.
Several parties have already heard the same statements about Mr. Bistri, it can be assumed that Mr. Bistri has other motives that need to be clarified. A shame if inexperienced young entrepreneurs have to expose themselves to something like that! A company with registration can be reached directly with the appropriate form and some preparation for a few hundred euros, whereas a notary can charge thousands of euros. Of course this is a deterrent for a new entrepreneur!
