Visited (22nd of June 2018) this store just now and the way the staff speaks amongst each other (curse words) and the friendliness of the staff towards customers is appaling. Do not visit or spend any money. I hope the management of Fussl will do something about this to make my experience better next time.

Service can still learn a lot. The frustration with this job is not good towards the customer. I actually wanted to buy something and finally did it. A little hint. Please motivate staff. Staff will usually say, again such a jerk. I come from this industry and have problems to accept that. I wish you success.!
