LE CLOU Inntalcenter Kufstein

Actually zero stars but that didn't work! I have owned a wheel watch for 13 years. I usually bring them to the Hüttner jeweler once a year for battery replacement and service. Everything has always been perfect. This year I had an appointment with the optician across from Le Clou in the Inntalcenter. I needed a new battery and asked the store whether they would also be replaced on a Rado. The saleswoman of course affirmed this, as if they were not doing anything else. I left the watch there and made my appointment with the optician. When I wanted to pick up my Rado, the saleswoman showed me my Rado, which was unfortunately broken on the glass. So she broke my watch for me. OK. It can happen. In the end, today, 8 weeks later, I got my watch back. Hardly anyone could be reached by phone at the time and when there were flimsy excuses. The non plus ultra was today. I was allowed to pick up my watch. The lady actually told me that I had to be careful with the water. The rubber seal would be very old or not exist at all! Because the watch would never have seen service. I think I'm going nuts. No apology, no small present ... nothing, but the accusation that my watch was old and never been brought to service. The store will never see me again and I can only advise everyone against going there. I also have it checked whether an original Rado glass has been used. I didn't get a confirmation and I didn't get a repair certificate as I actually arranged.

Helpful and cooperative only when it comes to the customer buying something, .. as soon as you leave the store, ways and means are found to reject any complaints, even those that are obviously not self-inflicted, but simply a result of poor quality. The customer is accused of anything, just to be responsible for the damage! Never again !!
