Otolaryngology: 1 h waiting for the first examination, then I am called, but do not know where, because no one feels responsible. I ask a co-worker who has her name badge covered where I have to go - 2x no answer. I'm in the area, I do not know and nobody helps. When exactly this employee accompanies me to the treatment tuner, I greet her - she does not answer. Does it have to be that way? Nobody likes to be in the hospital, it is said - apparently this also applies to the staff. Although I only write something about the specific case, I hope that remains an isolated case!
