Photovoltaic system: The construction took place at the agreed time with the materials listed in the KV at the agreed price. Unfortunately, no value was placed on the parallel alignment of the panels, nor was the laying of the cable harnesses under the roof tiles. There was no indication that the funding application should have been submitted before the plant was built. As a result, my funding on a grant was rejected several times.
