I really enjoyed my visit to the Nordsee restaurant in Vienna. This restaurant is unlike anything that we have in the UK. The fish is a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. I ordered my dinner via the "Too Good to Go" app, which meant that I was getting a real bargain and also helping the planet!

Blond lady with glasses in front of the cash machine, bad actitute against clients. Zero customer service. You guys should take note of this

If you are a tourist, AVOID this place as the staff is way too pushy and will try to get the most out of your lack of German language knowledge and even a slight hesitation. As I came in, the staff member pushed some salmon with cheese and spinach on the plate before I even considered any other options or had a look around the place. He continued to put some other stuff on my plate and when I got confused with what he was saying (I understand some of German), I switched to English, but he did not repeated himself. The price tags are either absent or very invisible for some products on the counter, as when it came to paying, I was shocked to be charged over 26€. The staff should inform the customers how much the options they want to push into you cost as in the end, I was very disappointed and embarrassed by this whole situation. The food itself was way too salty and the quality was questionable. After this meal, I got sick. I definitely do not recommend.
